Neuschwanstein Castle: Where Bavarian Magic and Alpine Dreams Entwine

Perched majestically atop a rugged hill in Bavaria’s Hohenschwangau valley, Neuschwanstein Castle pierces the alpine sky like a vision from a medieval romance. Its soaring white limestone façade and deep blue turrets rise high against the backdrop of the Bavarian Alps, creating what is perhaps the most photographed castle in the world. At an elevation of 965 metres, the castle commands breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, where nature and human artistry intertwine in perfect harmony.
